I am not the most co ordinated of people and after two attempts I am starting to get the right moves in the right order. I feel it's easy enough for me to complete whilst hard enough to burn calories. It doesn't have lots of inane banter from the presenters which is nice! The music is good and it's easy to follow. You can dip in and out of different sections or complete whole DVD, the exercise for bingo wings is brilliant! I am very pleased with my purchase!
I bought the DVD to enable me to do some high energy Aerobic exercise in my living room. When I got the DVD I watched it through before trying it out myself the routines didn't seem too fast or challenging. However, that was until I tried it out for myself. The warm up does get the heart going and warms the body up. The cardio section is very good, makes me sweat and breathless. The more effort you put in the better it becomes. The Body Sculpt section is fantastic and real result booster. The Abs section is very effective. The DVD set is cheap and naff the whole presentation is a bit cheesy. However, the exercise speaks for itself and with the help of this DVD I have lost some weight, toned my Abs & inner thighs. I am pleased to have bought this DVD. Please bear in mind that the DVD does need to be done often to be effective. I would not recommend this DVD for the very unfit or over weight. The pace can be quick and a challenge even for the intermediate level. It is fun though and I enjoy going through the 1 Hour routine. If you don't want to do the whole hour, pick the section you want to suit your workout. A definate 7 out of 10Read full review
This is an easy to follow exercise dvd, which really does give you a good workout. It doesn't really do anything different to others of its type, but you do feel you've worked hard. You can also select which sections you want to do e.g the main workout or abdominal work etc. It is a good mix of cardio, toning & stretching.
