When I first got the product it worked but I thought some of the functionality could be improved so I went online and a reset was recommended. I did this but I cannot get passed the NOW tv page. I have tried everything but I think because the unit is pre-owned it will not allow me the intro offer or to join NOW tv. I am going to relist the item as spares or repairs as I am convinced it would work for someone who knows more about these boxes.

This is a cracking little device which streams everything I need in my study.
