Belt up!
This is a genuine Bosch product and came with full installation instructions. However, installation is not for the non-technical or faint-hearted individual as the mower has to be dismantled in order to access the motor assembly and the belt requires a great deal of persuasion to locate correctly on the motor drive spindle. During fitting, the belt will have no 'slack' and the fitting technique should be followed exactly for a good result.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The belt looked to be good quality but was very difficult to fit, but that was more to do with the design of the lawnmower's pulley system. Unfortunately it did not work for long as the lawn mower kept cutting out - again, not the fault of the belt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fitting of the drive belt.
Original part and good quality but extremely difficult to install as there is no adjustment for tension and it is an exact fit around the drive and pulley. The casing holding the bearing is made from a 'plastic' that has aged and would be brittle so could break very easily. A simple explanation from the manufacturer (Bosch) of how to fit it would have been appreciated and made life much easier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It works but very tight

Easy to buy………

Perfect fit for the Rotak 36
Belt fits perfect on a Rotak 36 and arrived with photographic instructions which helped a lot. These mowers don't have a pre-tensioner which makes it quite difficult to change the belt.
