Not perfect but very good value.
I was happy with the condition, new condition in original box. The kettle is a little heavy but seems well made, the lid button being flush with the handle is not as easy to press as a button that stands proud of the handle. Removable spout filter can get in the way of filling, causes splash back if your not aware of it. But it appears to be a quality kettle for a very reasonable price.Verified purchase: Yes

Avoid Cuisinart kettles!
This is the second of the same kettle I’ve bought and I should have learnt my lesson after the first failed far too soon. Whilst it looks and feels good, the boil switch needs to be repeatedly pressed in order to work. Not impressed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not so good
Very very loud, top is partially covered by filter so pouring water in is tricky, a lot of spills, I had to buy another one as my older kids would make a worktop flooded after each time they used it.Verified purchase: Yes

It’s ok with one design flaw.

Not very well refurbished
After 3 months the switch that turns it on began to fail and no longer stays down in the 'on' position. I can return it but have to pay the postage, and then will either get it repaired or receive a replacement. Not very pleased that I have to pay return postage for a faulty product, especially as it is quite hefty; anyway can't get to the post office as am having to isolate due to medical reasons and covid.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Does not work after a relatively short time
Nice looking, But beware this kettle seems to have a problem with the on off switch as it seems in a short time to become unable to switch on as it constantly turns itself off. The company is very reluctant to accept it's responsibility in this regard despite the guarantee given in the description.
