How this helped me with Sinus Problems
This has helped me to fight a sinus infection with out antibiotics ,1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Golden Seal Root Powder and 1/4 to 1/2 tea spoon of Echinacea Purpurea Root Powder (1:1) mix with a little bit of water into past , add bit more water to make it drinkable and drink it. Taste horrible, eat something sweet after wards to remove taste. Works within less then 20 min and clears head up, eases breathing, removes' tension. That is my personal experience. I take it in between times to stay on top of any flues as well
