a good knife but ...
the knife is good but not as solid as her videos show because there are times when you open it and a small blocking game appears ... very small but it appears ... and if you open it very slowly this gap disappears. the steel is very good and well tempered, but the material of the handle gives the impression of a cheap knife. my 6 "ti-lite and my" Luzon "xl seem to be of the highest quality live .... in hand .... and are more beautiful. The Counter Point Xl is a cross between both the hold out 1 as it's blade is fairly wide but a bit heavier overall and ti lite 6 as it has the same blade shape/size but wider, more sturdy, and comes with a tri-ad lock. I highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a substantial blade to carry everyday with the versatility of skinning an apple, whittling wood, breaking down cardboard, food prep, or for self defense option. This is 1 knife that can easily fill the role of it's owners multiple needs without disappointment. Priced very well so it won't break the bank (I'm looking at you Espada L/XL and Talwar XL) so the owner will not be hesitant to actually USE the knife and enjoy.

Game changer
This knife is strictly a weapon for defensive or offensive operations - it’s very big and impressive enough to end an encounter without having to escalate - it’s also very robust and well built - it will take time to break it in but when deployed it has no movement in any direction - unless you live in the country don’t deploy because city folk will fear it’s size so carry a much smaller knife for utility ( a small red non threatening Swiss army  pocket knife ) for everything else - the beautiful counter point is your best friend in a dangerous situation - buy one but don’t show off - you will not regret itVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
