The product appears to blend very well into juice, but floats around in my almond milk. There is a bit of a grain taste to it, but nothing I can't handle. The list of ingredients is impressive and appears high quality so may consider it to be of good value. I am currently using it as one meal replacement per day. I have been using the produce for only a week and a half, so haven't noticed any difference in my energy level. I am also watching for any change in my nails, hair and skin quality. I use this product daily because it is high quality, sprouted, raw, & organic. The vanilla is better than plain, I find. It doesn't dissolve completely so best in more liquid or in a smoothie. I have an 86 yr old Dad that I am taking care of & getting him to eat something good for him regularly besides an egg in the morning was getting to be a chore until I found this protein powder, he now can fix his morning drink by himself & he LOVES THIS! Balance of vanilla and stevia for sweetener is just right!
Love the vanilla taste and just the right amount of stevia. It is not as chalky tasting as most powders. It dries up the liquid of yogurt, so it takes some effort to mix it up. Works perfectly in Blendtec Wildside blender--no scraping or anything.
