Good vitamins
Feeling good, hairs and nails are in excellent condition although I’ve heard different stories about loosing hairs in pregnancy. I feel like my body and my baby get everything they need. What I like the about these vitamins is that folate included in a form of methylpholate which is way better for absorption than folic acid
