Does everything it says.
This is a High Quality Anifreeze/Coolant This also protects your engine from corrosion. It has a 5 year life, far better than standard 2 or 3 year Blue or Clear Examples. It also protects at both higher and lover temps. It's also from a top brand. It will not mix with other antifreeze so not to be used as a top up for anything but red antifreeze. If your system is being drained and flushed, then try this when re-filling.
