The piston guide shoe is made of LUBRIFLON-PTFE B70 compound, a modified bronze-filled material. The sliding takes place on a GUIDA DU bush, a composite obtained by sintering a layer of spheroidal bronze on a suitably processed mild steel strip and with subsequent impregnation and coating with a mixture of PTFE+PB.
