Though not as accurate as the longer shotgun inserts, I purchased a set of these short inserts to improve the viability of my 12 gauge single shot break over shotgun. With the set I can shoot any 12, 20, 410 shotgun shells, as well a 45 longcolt, 380, and 22 lr shells. These inserts make for great versatility, at a light weight, and a low cost.
