Quick and easy but mediocre wualoty
I read a lot of reviews and had high hopes for this pencil. I read that it was a lot like the benefit brow wiz and similar to higher end brow pencils, by in my opinion it’s really like a normal drug store pencil. Although easy to apply and work with, it smudges very easily. So if you’re someone that constantly plays with your hair by your face or spite sweaty and wipe your forehead or maybe you have an itch, a lot of product will be found on your fingers and hands.
