RC plane not just for beginners
This is a very well built RC plane, which looks and flies great. Make sure you get the RTF model (with remote control and battery) if this is your first purchase. In the beginner mode it is very stable and we successfully piloted it for almost an hour of pure fun without crushing it. My son was flying an RC plane for the first time in his life and had no problems practicing take offs, cruising and landings on the grass field.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good trainer cheap parts
This is actual a great trainer. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because after the second flight the servo that controls the rudder and the front wheel stopped working causing me to have what could have been a deal breaking landing. I was lucky because the wheel was only slightly turned to one side. It would not respond to commands from the transmitter. There was also a loud buzzing noise eminating from what I think is a bad servo, everytime I reconnected the battery. They're not the best quality servos that are installed so maybe that's why I had an issue. Other than that I have no major complaints. It can be a little hard to control on slightly windy days, so if you have little to no experience I would advise waiting for a really calm day.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First time flying.
Package came in early. Witch was nice. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Took It out to fly and got 20 minutes of fly time at 50% to 100% throttle when the wind pickup. Witch I liked. Nose gear is weak. Had a rough landing do to the wind and the nose gear hit a rough spot in the road and almost ripped out. Still good to fly. I do wish there was a better way to know when the battery is getting low. That was part of my landing problem. Battery got low and I didn’t have enough glide time to have a good approach. Overall I’m happy with the plane. For a first time flying a RC plane it did great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

fantastic fpv base
i have flown rc helis and 3d fixed wings 30+ years. i am now flying fpv up here in the mountains where i live. this is a perfect fpv plane. if you maintain los between transmitter and plane it will easily reach 5/8 mile or even a bit more out of the box. i sit back in my lawn chair and fly all over the mountains in winds up to 15-18 mph no prob.
