Made of rust-proof and weather-resistant galvanised steel, the gabion is very stable and durable. The mesh grid is formed by welding transverse and longitudinal wires at each and every intersection. The stable gabion is designed to be filled with rocks or gravel. The gabion is delivered with top and bottom covers to keep the filling in place. Please note that stones are not included in delivery. It does what it says
Some only of the panels of the Gabion had a larger size of mesh than was advertised which allowed the chosen size of rock filling to fall through. This was easily overcome.
