Lovely simple lawn mower
This is a good old-fashioned push lawn mower. It is sharp and easy to use, and has mowed our lawn well. It stores in a very small space compared to a petrol one, and is so easy to use my 10 year old can mow with it. Disappointed, if only basket was better.
Very good cut, lightweight and packs away nicely. However you can't get close to the edge if edge is built up such a border, so you have grass edging that needs strimming of about 6 inches. The basket may as well not be there, it doesn't catch anything. For a garden 30sq metres I had to keep stopping to gather grass that missed the basket probably about 25 times which prolongs your time cutting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Everyone should have one!!!
No more pulling your shoulder out trying to start a petrol mower and you can forget having to abandon trimming your lawn half way through to recharge a battery!!! Give this a try. It’s v good.
This machine works well it has 5 blades and is easy to use. I bought it for my smaller lawn but now cut the larger lawn with it two. Like all push mowers, it’s best on dry and shorter grass. It also by the way has a lovely old fashioned sound as it cuts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does a great job - once you work out how to use it!
This is a good solid but lightweight mower, but it should come with a good "quick start" instruction sheet. Once my husband worked out (not told in instructions) that we had to loosen the black wingnuts on the sides of the mower (in order to stop the lawn mower just going backwards) I was well away! I have quite a big lawn and it copes fine if you get organised with a plastic bag at the ready to empty the grass bag into every few lengths . The instruction manual has mistakes in it / could be clearer in places. Shame because once you work out how the mower works it does a brilliant job - and with no flex or electricity! The company(James?) I bought it from were poor at responding to my plea for help when I couldn't work out how to get the mower working.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
