So far very impressed
Easy to set up and add channels. I use U-tube and it was simple to set up and start using. The remote works well and is simple to use, and unlike some reviewers I find the volume button on the side of the remote easy to use. Reccomend spending a little more on a known brand.
The basic functions are fine. The picture & sound are fine. My first issues are minor irritations I guess. My Direct TV remote won't recognize this model so the volume control is the tv remote. The volume controls on this remote are on the side & are slippery, I keep dropping it. My real issue is the HDMI inputs don't always recognize there's a component. I use all three. One for the cable, computer & dvd player. I change the needed input according to my activity. When the tv doesn't recognize my computer for instance I have to go to the tv & unplug then re plug & sometimes change the input location from HDMI input #1 to input #2 example.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Affordable, perfect size for a small living room :)
Overall it is a nice TV with good picture and sound quality! Easy to set up, Roku has many apps you can install to the home page, though most of the time I just use YouTube. Don't expect it to last past a year!! Save your money...
TCL is not worth it. I bought this TV 12/31/2018 and here it is 2/18/2019 and it's already no good. I came home this past Saturday and turned it on...black screen. I had read about this issue before I bought it but thought the percentage was so low it shouldn't be a problem. I have a Sanyo flat screen LED-HD TV that's 10 years old and it's still going strong.
