I have been taking this product for a month now along with eating right and exercise. I see zero results thus far. I have tried other burner products on the market and had better result is a short amount of time with the other two factors involved. It did suppress my appetite.
This product recommends you take 3 a day. I always start a new product with 1 at first to see how my body reacts. I did notice a little boost of energy, not sure if it was the pills. The next day I took 2 pills and I really did not feel hungry at all. About 2 pm I eat a banana. I bought a SIDE ORDER of chicken rice about 4 pm and halfway through I felt full which is not the norm for me. Yes, this product does work and I will do an update after a month or two.
