Good for skin health
Bought this as I have plaque build up in one of the arteries and high cholesterol, and I've refused medication. It's early days regarding the cholesterol and heart, but it definitely improves the look of your skin. The flushing effect on the face and tingling sensation might be disconcerting for some, but don't be put off as it doesn't last long; in fact I quite enjoy it.
