Good sweetener even though not my favorite
I prefer to use the powdered erythritol vs granular as it dissolves a little easier. I measure this as if it's regular sugar, maybe use slightly less. It gives a good sweetness but, like all erythritol and why it's not my favorite, it has a cooling effect to the sweetness. It's difficult to explain; it's not a flavor but a sensation felt on the tongue.
