Great when it gets going!
Pros: Well made, nice gas on/off safety feature, does a good job. I use it for melting brown sugar on top of apple crumbles. Cons: Every time you fire it up, a 6 inch flame eminates from the nozzle. It quickly settles down to the correct burner size though. It's a little scary at first but you soon get used to it, just don't point it at anyone!
