Fox weighing tripod is well made and well thought out, it virtually sets its self up. As the set up, the break down for storage is just as easy and quickly done. For a price a lot lower than most branded tripods good value for money, some may say it’s a little on the heavy side but as with most carp gear, it’s transported on a barrow.

Great quality, I went for this tripod after talking to a friend who had one with adjustable legs, he used it in France and when the fish was moving in the sling the leg locks were slipping. He bought the Fox one after that. The legs slot in like a bivvys legs, making it very sturdy. Comes with a case and is a bit smaller than a weigh sling when broken down. Great strong and solid tripod, downside is it's a bit heavy, but that doesn't bother me. Highly recommended.
