Crisp and clear sound the way it should be!
After a lot of research I settled on this JBL PARTYBOX 100 based on sound quality and portability with the battery. I am using it for backyard bon fires and sitting on my deck. This thing sounds awesome no matter what kind of music you play on it. It gets loud but must have a limiter that stops it prior to distortion which is nice because cranked all the way up it is still nice and clear. Considering it's size this is a great product with bluetooth and portability. Battery life has been great as well. Being able to sync two phones at the same time is also a great feature for playing music. I would like to buy another one but this one is already enough to irritate the neighbors and I live out in the country! The bass is great if that's what you are looking for as well. It's okay I guess.
Bass is great but sound quality not so much, mids and highs are not clear and honestly disappointing, I have a Klipsch that is smaller that sounds better but doesn't have as much bass as the Partybox, also, the Partybox isn't very loud, at everything turned up to max, it's just not very loud. If you like moderate volume levels and songs with a lot of bass, it's the speaker to have, if your tastes are more diversified and you like loud music, I'd look elsewhere, maybe Diamondbox.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

JBL Partybox 100
I replaced my Bumpboxx Flare 8 with a Partybox 100!! Great choice! It has a bass button, but I really dont use it, it’s bass sounds great! Such a better quality product. You can have the light show on or turn it off. You can feel the power vibrate on the floor if you have the unit turned up! I’ve had it for a few weeks, so not sure how long the charge will last. If on the fence GET IT!
Pros: Good sound, Can be used with or without outlet, Mic input great, guitar input also great. Cons: Price This Party box is just that the Bass boost has 2 settings or off and yes you feel it, NO it isnt a $1000 DJ setup BUT it is close, I really like the MIc and guitar inputs so you basically have a cordless amp and PA system.. It also has an input for outside sound eg karaoke sound.. Runs about 4 hrs off of full charge and the volume way up the lights are a nice touch also I wish it was a bit cheaper BUT no regrets. this is not a put in your backpack setup it has good size and weight.. Buy It!!!
I’ve had this speaker for about a month now! We use it indoors and outdoors. It gets loud and clear. My 4 year old loves feeling the air coming out of the rear port. I would highly recommend. Great sound, great quality, misleading battery life
Sounds great, super loud, bass is amazing for the size.However, 18 hour battery life seems to only hold true at very low levels of volume. Took this to the lake off of a full charge and had it blasting for about 3 hours before it died on us.
