Convenient, very useful around town,indispensible for off-roading.
Jeep battery died the day after I got this. This unit started the Jeep easily and still 100% charge remaining. Easy to use, easier to carry than jumper cables AND I don't need to rely on a second car to jump-start anymore. The lighter socket accessory is handy for running my air compressor. USB is handy for charging devices. Comes with a convenient and decent carrying case. I've only had it a week so I can't speak to long-term reliability (too bad we can't update our reviews here), but short term this unit is great and I don't go driving without it. Do not buy - Will leave you stranded
Although the battery pack is recommended as a good quality jump starter the end connections to the battery terminals are next to useless as they break into pieces with minimal effort rendering the entire unit unusable to start a car. The plastic hinges are very weak and cannot support the tension of the internal spring of the clamps used to connect the device to the battery terminals. Provider is not willing to ship replacement cable without returning entire device at my costs and suggests I will be required to pay a repair invoice for replacing the cable assembly. (Purchased end of May 2021.) This also will require me to be without the unit for 90 plus days as they have stated to me in a return email. These units have a history of failing clamps and most reviews have stated other suppliers have sent new cables at no charge ASAP to customers - sometimes twice
