Good value for the price .
After 200 miles( now 26th Oct 2021 1445 miles and allis good ) it’s clear that the NCM MOSCOW PLUS is a well built and good quality bike for the money. I have the 29” which is a huge bike , I’m 6ft 2” tall and 106kg and this bike is plenty big enough for me and unless you are 6ft + I would go for the 27.5” size.
I have travelled over 30 miles on a charge on the highest assist level and still had ~40% left and I have really been pushing it to see how the battery performs under heavy load and big Etc hills and it’s been awesome, remember I’m 106kg so it’s a good battery. Hills are no problem for this bike and I live in Somerset where there are some serious hills and have managed to get up all so far, you do have to put some effort in on the really steep ones but it’s just a case of dropping down a couple of gears and up you go. The motor assists up to about 17.5 mph and it’s impressively powerful for Only 250watts , which is the legal limit here in the U.K..
I think that the non plus model would be excellent value and for a lighter rider a would perform very well.
To sum up , it’s a good quality bike and for the money I think very hard to beat, if you can afford the extra go for the plus as the brakes are excellent and the bigger battery gives peace of mind on longer rides.
