Good litle fountain that can create that perfect garden water feature at a fraction of the cost of a ready made water feature.
Initially had some issues with the pump workin whuch I thought was due to a faulty power cable but after a while it started working again. I guess it was simply down to the battery needing a full charge to keep the pump running as it started to darken. Like all solar panels, it needs to receive as much sunlight as possible so you need to choose the position for the panel to allow it as much sunlight as it can get. After this false start, the pump has been running fine. We have it in a small container as a water feature in the middle of a planter made from an old kitchen sink. to prevent the water being pumped beyond the boundary of the container we submerged the top of the spout which resulted in a gentle water 'tinkling' sound. The fountain finishes off the planter and creates a focal point and has impressed our visitors when they see it. The built in battery allows the pump to keep running after the sun goes down but it does eventually drain if left on during the night which means it won't run the next day until the battery has regained some charge. This isn't an issue for us as we are ut at work and it is generally running again when we get home.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Full sun not required.
