Chris Carter is an excellent author . The book , of which this one which is part of a collection , revolves around a detective from LA, Robert Hunter. The book is well written and a compulsive read . Each chapter methodically leads to the next . He has the reader wondering how and why from the beginning. Chris has excellent subject knowledge , as he comes from a forensic background .
