  • Buy it, it’s most enjoyable and will bring back a lot of memories.

I am/was a huge Tornado’s fan. The insight that Clem gives to the music scene throughout his career is fascinating. Plus, events throughout the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s etc brought back a lot of memories. My only disappointment was that l would have liked more info regarding his time with the Tornado’s. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone interested in music. It is a very good read!

  • Present for my father. He was extremely happy with this book 10/10

This was a present for my 73yr old father. He thought that this book was excellent, being into this music era. It is unusual for him to be amazed. Very happy with my purchase 10/10

  • A real page turner for the music history addict...

A must have book for any musician wanting to fully understand the music explosion n the UK, and America, from the mid 50 on. Clem and his music buddies, acquaintances, agents and characters were all right at the heart of it. An eye opening perspective with loads of recognisable names. A real page turner for the music history addict...

  • Through the eye of a tornado is a perfect title as Clem was a band member of the Tornadoes

It is a thorough biography of a drummer that has been involved in british music from the 1950s.
