Air Fryer Oven
I do not have the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven so I cannot talk about the performance of that particular Air Fryer. However I have found this book very useful for my Probreeze Oven Air Fryer. The reason for this that the recipes are very clear and the layout is very easy to follow. For example the Vortex indicates when food is to be turned and tray positioned, for example “ Slide cooking trays into middle positions. When display indicates TURN FOOD, flip chicken pieces over and continue to cook ——-“. So in my case I normally flip the food after between 40% to 50% of the cooking time or using my own judgment. The interesting thing about the book is it’s usefulness for Air Fryer Ovens that have trays, I have found most Air Fryer books do not talk about trays even if they have Oven in the title. The book also covers using the rotisserie, where as most Air Fryer books only have recipes using a basket. I would suggest to buy a Air Fryer basket if you have a Air Fry Oven with rotisserie. Having bought this book after buying my Air Fryer should I need to by again I will go for the Vortex, having said that I highly recommend this book for Oven Rotisserie Air Fryers, since I have found the recipes I have used are very adaptable to mine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
