Entertaining take on Boudicca's revolt against the Romans in Britain
As a fan of the Horrible Histories series for children I happened to see this Horrible Histories movie on TV one evening and found it very entertaining . It has some great actors and is a brilliantly amusing take on the Boudiccan revolt of AD69 against the Roman occupation of Britain. I am a grandmother with a love of history but this did not offend my sense of history at all. I found it very refreshing, even when the cast burst into song, and will gladly watch it again, with or without my grandchildren!

I’d previously watched the tv series and like the series it blends together history and comedy. This film was hilarious. I couldn’t stop laughing all the way through. I’m definitely gonna watch it again

So funny and educational at the same time
Originally watched this in the cinema. Horrible histories has always been funny but you learn stuff along the way. We wanted to watch it again but could t find it on a streaming service. So got the DVD at a bargain price
