It's ideal for dorms or small apartments where kitchen space is limited. It uses up to 70% less energy than a conventional oven. It has digital controls that allow you to change the temperature, program, and time. The cooktop is able to cook at temperatures between 100 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Great product with excellent features.
A great buy and product especially if you like gas stoves but don't have access to one. Great for camping too. Convenient portability. I liked mine so well I bought another one as a gift for Christmas. I may buy yet another for Wedding or Christmas gift.

Works as advertised.
As close to cooking with gas as electric gets. Cooking IS precise. You have to learn things like "simmer" temps by experimenting. (For one of my stainless pans it is 180 degrees and 600 watts. The preset low was too low and med -low was too high) The one touch start is a breeze. Pans must be kept well centered or the heat heat gets spotty. I like the timer function to prevent overcooking. This cooktop \overall s MUCH better than a radiant cook top. NOW......be careful to MAKE SURE your cookware is induction ready. Most Gotham products for example appear to be but are not. (I am not picking on them. They male no false claims.) My dislike is the constant drone of the fan. It is not loud, just annoying.

Efficient and convenient to use.
Compact, accurate, well made, and the timer helps prevent over cooking. The NuWave has seen twice daily use for two years. So quick and convenient it's more frequently used than my smooth top range. I bought another for a spare in case this one ever fails.

Super fast cooking time.
I use this in my RV, it is quick and easy use and clean up. It cooks food in half the time of my gas and electric stove top. The biggest point I have is it is absolutely portable to take outside and use on a pop up table and cook there. I like the fact after you are done cooking your food you can leave it right in the pan adjust the temperature to keep your food nice and warm until you are ready to eat.

Does what it says it does.
This product is compact and efficient. The controls are easy to use, and quite accurate. The main benefit that I see is it is safe to use, no open flames and only hot where it is supposed to be. Great to carry in the camper or a permanent fixture in the home at a fair price.

It is a little small and a little tall. Plenty of adjustment choices. My intention is to use it camping out of the back of my truck and for that I think it's perfect. Easy to store and easy to use requiring very little space.

Great convenience!
It's very convenient. My kitchen is being remodeled, so I don't have a stove. This cooktop plugs in anywhere and is easy to use and clean. The one pan that comes with it is rather small, so you will probably want to buy a larger pot that can be used with the cooktop, too.

Saves energy, doesn't heat the house, GREAT!
