I started taking this 3 months ago for my hair. Don't know if it's helpful for that yet, too soon to tell, but my arthritis is GONE! I haven't been able to use my thumbs for 5 years, or my shoulder for one year. I was sitting at the computer 3 weeks after starting the gelatin at 1 T. a day and suddenly noticed, "My thumbs don't hurt anymore, or my shoulder!!" Try one can, 1 to 6 T. a day, depending on your personal needs, and see for yourself. If it doesn't work for you, no harm, no foul. But if it does, you'll be sooo happy! It's totally tasteless and odorless. Put it in your tea or coffee and you won't even know it's there. Get the GREEN can though. It's more user friendly. Dissolves instantly. Route toot toot gas gas gas pass pass pass
After being on Marine Collagen for a month then going to this low quality stuff all I do is pass gas lol yes like protein farts buts it’s re diculous my stomach makes noises with bloat and it clumps a bit I did compare the ingredients on both and there was difference in strengths and 1 extra ingredient this had but still couldn’t figure out why this would make me this way and not the Marine one as I have beef collagen broth maybe the process the fish one is broken down and smaller idk I was trying to save money as people said they do the same thing guess they left out the gas part ! Lol 40 bucks verses 20 bucks and farts you decided I can say from last month my hair and nails grew probably going back to fish being this way daily isn’t. PLay fair - be up front about source ingredients.
This product was described as derived from a bovine source in it's posting on Ebay. However, there is no mention anywhere on the container of such. Instead, it is using an unfamiliar source that is not bovine. Great for knees!
This was recommend to me because my knees would ache while and after running. I began taking it and after 4-5 days I noticed a difference and after 2 weeks, all pain was gone! Only used it 5 times and feel nails stronger, and I feel full when I drink it with hot tea. Right after I workout I drink it with boiling hot water I add cinamon sticks, half a lemon, a small piece of ginger and star anise.
