I'm an auto tech shop owner working with Lexus, Acura and Infiniti. Though there are pricier torque wrenches out there, this one has accomplished the job beautifully, without a single incident. The grip is solid; The torque feels strong; The click is clearly audible. And I love the case for storage. You won't be disappointed and will never have a leaking oil pan or water pump because of loose screws.

When I received it I was impressed with the quality of it . I am a 53 yrs old female and the instructions were easy to understand and follow . I love the case that came with it . I have used it for working on my vehicle and it made the job so much easier . The best part I could easily use it myself and do the job and not have to pay someone else to do it . I highly recommend this to anyone . .It comes with a nice case and easy instructions even for a older lady to understand and use is a plus in my book. I wasn't sure if I would be able to use this but after I received it and read and followed the instructions it was so easy . If your thinking about this product I would like to tell you don't think about it just get it.Read full review

Very very good build quality, I was very surprised at how well this is built, reminded me of Snap on, Mac tools quality. Very easy to use, both inch-lbs and Nm. Works fantastic.!!!

The numbers are easy to see, it's very easy to set and lock in the torque, and it has a very good feel when you reach the torque you set it at.

The wrench seems to be almost identical in construction to a couple of my other torque wrenches, not super high quality but solid, and it seems to work as designed. I did check it against a 3/8" torque wrench (at 10 ft lbs) and it seemed to be the same torque when converted to 120 inch pounds. Not super scientific, but just so i knew it was in the ball park before I torqued a couple things into an aluminum casting. Overall I am very satisfied but only used it once.

I used the Tekton torque wrench for the first time tonight to tighten head bolts on my twin L-head cylinder Briggs and Stratton lawn mower engine. Dial and markings were easy to read and adjust. I worked up in 40 inch/lb increments to get the "feel" for the click, which was very positive even at the lower settings. So far I am very pleased. Very nice plastic storage case.

Great value. Screw lock on the bottom prevents torque sliding down and under torquing. Weight is decent for the size. Questions asked about if torque was strong, it has normal values for the size wrench.

Good grip, good torque, easy to control, good spacing for tight spots like water pumps, timing covers, and drive belt areas. The click is very noticeable no problems so far. It also comes with a manual and tells you how to maintain it. I torque valve cover gaskets and a bmw cam sprocket bolt at 177 in/lb with a 1/2" adapter.

For the average guy it’s a fully capable tool. I have a few other Tekton tools and they seem to be good quality at a good price.

Functions as designed. As it is 1/4” make sure is you are using a 3/8” socket you use a good adaptor as the torsional flex will kill the smaller drive heads of these 1/4” ratchets. Works well used on water pump bolts and other projects. One of the questions asked was “is the torque powerful” I’m not sure if these are all computer generated questions or what but the purpose of this is to apply the required amount of in/pds to the fastener. The “click” indicating the torque has been reached is clear and I would recommend.
