Very comfortable

So-so....
It's not a miracle. I drive around 35 to 40k a year and have sciatic problems(L4-L5, L5-S1) and have been through a surgery and just started in the disgusting world of pain management. That's not pertinent. This may be better used as an office chair pad. It's DECENT at best in a car. My car needs extra support, it's a Focus so it's not meant to feel like a lincoln and hold you snug in the seat. Very comfortable.

Falls flat
The outer shell is of good quality, but the memory foam does not hold up. First day was firm but only lasted a couple of days.
