Great Bite Guard
I had bought this type of bite guard years ago and have always liked it because it does its job and it fits just right. I had larger bit guards in the past but they were awkward in my mouth even though they were made at the dentist office. The dentist recommended the larger bite guard because it protected all of my teeth. However, he didn't have to sleep with it. The Plackers Grind No-More Dental Night Protector is adequate to keep me from grinding my teeth and it does not fall out at night. In the morning my teeth feel normal without the pain I used to have from the larger bite guards. Great lightweight night guard
I found these many years ago after my expensive dental guard totally fell apart. I tried all the sports types that require boiling, shaping and hoping it will fit and then I found these Grind No More Protectors. I am more a of a teeth clencher than a grinder and find these to do the job. Difficult to find them in stores and having a pack of 14 enables me to change them when I feel their usefulness is waning. This anti-grinding mouthpiece is small so it is comfortable. It is well designed to protect your molars from grinding each other down. If you store it in a hydrogen peroxide solution it remains sterile and safe. If you shop around you can get these for a good price. Mine was just a little over $1 per guard in a 14 pack with free shipping and no tax. The guard is durable too. I have been using the same one for over a month with no noticeable wear. Affordable mouthguard
I have been using these almost a year. They are an affordable option if you bite down in your sleep or grind teeth. If you suffer from gag reflex this is for you. If is not as cumbersome as many other larger products and does help. Make sure you keep it clean to avoid irritation to any gum area. I tried stretching the usage; cleaning with dish soap then a hydrogen peroxide soak. I had developed a gum irritation like abscess.
