It’s good and bad.
It’s decent for the price, but if you are a label reader you will notice the calories are through the roof. It depends on your workout needs. The taste really isn’t that bad and if you use a creatine shaker it blends pretty easily with water. The actual drink once blended is relatively smooth and shake like. The price is really good. I would recommend it either if you are on the cheap, are in between mail order or if you prefer a higher caloric intake. The flavors offered by this brand are usually not bad either. I purchased this item because I was buying chocolate protein powder and mixing it with peanut butter powder. So this should cover both bases right. Wrong. This product tastes horrible. Tastes nether like chocolate or peanut butter. I would like to use it quickly so I can go back to my old way but it is so bad I'm considering throwing it out. I have always used this brand of protein because it digests well and seems to have stayed that way over the years. It was recommended by some friends and I liked it. Good protein ratio for the ones that are concerned about the amount of extra and unnecessary things that can be found in powdered protein. You can cook and make great recipes that call for protein with this.
