Does Not Hold a Zero
Laser mounts fairly solid on the firearm. Zeroed it at 7 yards and shot. Every shot, I could watch the dot move from one side of the target to the other. About an 8 inch spread. Just racking the slide on my empty P22 it jumps all over the place. I wouldn’t pay 10 bucks for this unit. I’ve owned cheaper air soft laser sights that hold a better zero than this. An absolute must for the Walther P22
It is actually a perfect fit for the Walther P22. It was literally made for the rail and trigger guard. It has a unique attachment system that consists of only a latch that connects it to the gun, not those impossible allen screws that always loosen and strip out. The on switch is placed just where your right hand index finger can easily switch it on as soon as you un-holster it and put your finger where it "belongs" (not on the trigger). It is super secure on the gun. After a couple hundred rounds the laser is still so solid and fixed on the gun like it's part of it. To sight it in is very easy as well. It only took a few rounds to get it sighted exactly where it needs to be. I definitely recommend this product if you have the Walther P22 gun. I like the laser sight I received, but I would get the green laser if I could do it again. The red laser dot is completely not visible in the day light. Not even in low light daylight. thats my only regret. Walter P22q laser adaptor
This adapter slides right on to the rail on my Walter P22 with no problem. It looks great and the fit and finish are excellent. I wish the button to turn on the laser was in a more convenient location. My fingers are too short to turn it on without changing my grip on the gun. The accuracy is not bad, but it needed some fine tuning once I tried to zero in targets. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
