Has Most Of The Words I Need!
I never read a book without having an electronic dictionary at hand, but it can't be just any electronic dictionary. Many I have found don't have the words I need. It is not often that I don't know the meaning of a word. Most often the word is being used in a way that intrigues me and I want the subtleties of the definition. Or it is British slang. Sometimes the Seiko is no help on the latter, but I have found very few words it can't help me with on the former. I mourn the loss of my old Sharp PW-E550, with its case that closed and a bigger screen, but it is no longer available. The Seiko is a passable substitute. No cover. When you hit "DICT" you need to wait a couple of seconds before typing the word while the screen initializes. (More of an inconvenience than it might sound.) The screen doesn't hold much info without scrolling. But the Thesaurus is good and some of the games help pass odd free moments. And it is the best I have found in the current market.
