The sander comes in a plastic box what is a bonus although after some time you end up with tens of boxes that eat up tort space. It works ok, only used it try to sand down a wall and couple of sheets of plywood. It doesn't seem to be very powerful. The switch is difficult to operate and you end using both hands rather then just one finger. Also it's rather heavy. The biggest drawback is that it doesn't have an attachment to connect it to a dust extractor. It is worth the price but rather to do rough jobs, for the best finish and loner usage I would look for something more refined and lighter with possibly to connect to dust extractor.

Handles well with one hand, not heavy and sands pretty well. I used it for short periods so far so I still have to test it rigorously. But so far so good.

I love this sander. I have the Ryobi One+ battery driven random orbital sander but it is very noisy whereas the Metabo is much quieter but does an excellent job. I am really impressed with it.
