I now filter
I have sprayed for over 40 yrs. However I have never filtered the paint until recently. I bought some dark green which unusually had white bits in it. The paint has since been re issued. However that is why i bought the filters. They were 190 microm which removed most but not all the particles hence I bought some 125micron filters from the same supplier which was fine until the paint was re issued. Based on the filters in use i have decided to always filter my paint.
