The Garmin nuvi 265t GPS features an LCD TFT display size of 3.81 inches by 2.25 inches, with a display screen resolution of 272 by 48. The touchscreen capabilities allow you to easily use the software to create routes, stop points, and end destinations. Use the touchscreen to select the manual navigation buttons before setting off on your journey, and follow the audio directions while driving. The audio features include spoken street names and driving assist, and can show turn-by-turn directions until the destination is complete. The device can also store important addresses and destinations, including home and office. The Garmin nuvi 765t series GPS includes lane assist features for easy navigation. Beyond providing directions, the innovative lane assist feature actually guides the driver to the appropriate lane for safe and sensible map navigation. The Garmin nuvi 765t features include 3D map view, address book, audio book player, calculator, converter, JPEG image viewer, and MP3 player. The trip calculator featured on the Garmin nuvi automotive GPS mount device provides services including avoiding toll roads, detour feature, lane assist, points of interest (POI), real-time traffic reports, marine cartography, route recalculation, shortest distance, and shortest time. Hands-free calling is also included as a standard feature, adding to navigational safety for busy multi-taskers. An integrated FM traffic receiver allows the Garmin nuvi model 765T to relay traffic alerts in real time to the driver, giving him or her a chance to safely navigate around traffic jams and accidents. The Garmin 765t features a built-in transmitter and external antenna hookup. Compatible PDA devices include Notebook, and the platform computer software is run on Windows 2000. The PC interface allows for USB and Bluetooth connectivity. Easily reset the device to factory settings or store saved files using the touchscreen options or hooking it up to your PC. The Garmin nuvi 765t can pair with a phone so that you can take calls on the GPS’s speakerphone, and you can pair it with a headset. The Garmin nuvi GPS acquisition time power in cold environments in 38 seconds, and in hot environments is only 1 second. The Garmin nuvi 765T automotive mount GPS gets its power from a rechargeable lithium ion battery and features a battery life of three hours. Oldie but a goodie...

Garmin GPS devices just last and last.

Not what I ordered
