A little tall for short people but works great!
I would have given 5 stars but it was a bit of a pain to put together and is a little tall for short people but it does the job. My abs and my back muscles are definitely feeling it. I have only been using it for a little over a week but I am feeling the difference already. With continued use I know I will get the strength I am wanting. Single solid pad is thin and is Not at all comfortable. I use it as it is all I have but having the single pad does Not allow for my junk to keep from being smashed, so All kinds of shifting going on...Also it is Not a very good length fromnthe pad to the roll stops, seems to be for shorter people, Im 5"10 175lb and my legs are to long...decnt quality but Terrible design...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Accessories needed "Step Ladder"
This was by far the worst item I've ever ordered. Everyone should try one, and video getting on it, then the expression on your face using it. The only thing 5 friends and I got out of it was pain where you place your feet, while exercising. Everyone quit because it hurt so much. This piece arrived in tattered packaging although all the parts had miraculously stayed. However the construction of these parts was extremely shoddy. Parts were mislabeled, end caps were cracked and not fit for purpose and the padded seat was of such poor quality, crumbling and splintering when placed under any strain ie a human being, that I have had to construct my own replacement seat with sufficient padding and shaping to avoid injury.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth the money good design

Great for working out kinks in the back and toning the lower back/core
I am a 120 lb 5'2" female with a 27" inseam and this has worked out perfectly for me. In my opinion the weakest part of the machine is the part where one lays the hips. It appears to be made of wood.
