Starting Off
I like this bird table, it's dainty for a small patio. You have to do a little work on it yourself. Where the stem fits together was rather loose so I used some glue and tape. Also, I have given it several coats of wood preservative and some further tape around the inside edges of the platform and painted over it. You get what you pay for
Very poorly made of balsa wood type material. Roof stapled on (just) About the same height as a bedside table - perfect for cats Wobbly when constructed, not able to stand by itself without being blown over by a puff of smoke. Crappy bird table
I would not recommend this product at all. It is not as depicted on the box.. It's not sturdy at all. The sturdy supports at the top of the stand are not as displayed on the box and neither are the supports at the bottom of the stand. It's says on the box secure wide base well that's not true. Also it is only child height. My daughter is 5ft 5ins tall (see photos). The wood split while being screwed together. So not strong or sturdy as depicted. Absolute waste of money.

Pointless
I am sorry to say that this didn't last one day in mild wind. It came no screws and is made of very light balsar wood. A child could snap the supporting leg in half. I have repaired it and added splints, tape and wood glue. It would have been quicker to build one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of money!
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ITEM. Very very poor quality. Joints and edges rough, ill fitting and do not line up. Some screws bent. Also the item on the box was not the same as the item in the box If I hadn't promised my 5 year old autistic grandson he would have his bird table today I would have sent it back so have had to make the best of a bad item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not good quality, arrived broken.
Arrived in box with the roof broken. The wood is quite splintery and needs sanding. It is very bad quality and practically the whole thing needs putting together. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Adaptable bird table at very little cost
I used this as a basic bird table but put a metal grided ( large holes to allow bird entry ) and this prevent the likes of squirrels & pidgeons stealing the food which is intended for smaller birds.
