Wonderful Cookbook by a Master Chef
Thomas Keller is the only American chef to have been awarded simultaneous three-star Michelin ratings for two different restaurants. He is, quite simply, phenomenal. "Ad Hoc" is a cookbook for the rest of us--it has family-style recipes like barbecued chicken and strawberry shortcake), plus lots of lessons and instructions to help anyone become a better cook.
