I love Suzanne Bowen as an instructor. I always do DVD's that use real trainers and not celebrities. I really enjoyed this DVD but you realise that Pilates is pretty challenging. I struggled with a couple of moves but I've done the workout all the way through a few times and I feel I'm getting better each time. I alternate this DVD with a HIIT workout DVD.
