I like this dvd but I found it had too much boxing for my liking so I gave it 4* other than that it’s a good home workout and I love davina excellent value for money I recommend this if you love boxing lol

I already have all Davina's other DVDs, but I was missing this one, and I love all the others so much I thought I would buy is one too. I love her workouts as they really do make you feel like you've had a great workout, they've helped me to lose a stone and a half in 6 months and I've never looked better - they actually work, and this one is just as good. I love the versatility of being able to select which style of workout you want to do and the DVD does all the fiddling for you, meaning you can just get on with it. There really isn't anything I don't like about it, as with all Davina's DVDs you have to get used to her wittering on, but you are usually working so hard, you don't notice! I wouldn't be without it!
Davina's super body workout is one of my favorites of her workout dvd. I love the 3 shorter 10 mins of exercise u can add in (abs, arms legs). And the 2 longer workouts are great. Was quickly delivered too! 10/10 would recommend

This is a brilliant work out DVD, I have used it 5 times a week since buying it and it is working!!!! not losing weight which is good as that was not my intention, I just needed to tone up (big time!)After the first week I noticed the difference. It does help that I like Davina, I would think if you're not a fan then she may drive you mad, but I think she is great, and a real role model for getting into shape. There are several different workouts so you can choose and not get bored. The only thing I dislike about it, is: they don't work in a mirror image, so when they say step to the left you're working the opposite way which can be confusing but that is the only down side. I decided to buy it because I had bought two items of clothing and looked like a barrel in them, that spured me on, so pleased I did it.Read full review
