This is tailored for everyone from novice to hard core, it combines both structured sets for particular toning areas or combinations including maximum fat burning. Plenty of rest in between sets and all six sets only 10 mins each. I’ve used before and results were incredible. Only stopped as lost previous cd but back on track with second purchase. Can be used with dumbbell (my choice) or kettle bell. You won’t be disappointed (I am 59 and more suitable than any other dvds out there)

This is an excellent exercise dvd using a dumbbell. However it isn't a kettle bell workout. Like some of the other reviews I'm not sure why the picture shows the trainer holding a kettle bell when she uses a dumbbell through the workout. And there is a difference in techniques. Yes the trainer does explain how to hold a kettle bell for each exercise but it's not the same as demonstrating with a kettle bell. Despite this it really is a tough workout and I can feel all my muscles aching. Shows I've worked them🙂
