Great quality improvement over standard cables.
So the Mega Drive has both really bad video output (with AV), but it also has a really good and clear RGB output if you use Scart cables. The only issue with the first model was that you didn't get stereo sound out the back. The system is able to output stereo through the headphones port, and this cable is designed to utilize that. Good quality for a good price
I haven't expected the cable would be so good, I just wanted to quickly connect my Megadrive to a scart monitor and my thoughts were "okay, I can buy something better and more expensive later", but after this cable arrived, I really have no reason to complain. Sharp vivid picture without any artifacts, bars or ghosts and good sound. I am more than sarisfied.
