You need a foam gun
Just a can of expanding foam you need a gun for really, I couldn't be bothered to go to my local shop, and buy a few cans of this, it's exactly the same price as my local hardware store, I picked up a can with a nozzle which didn't require a gun last week for exactly the same price again. Maybe you get a little more control using the gun, but it needs cleaning after every use or you'll soon get very annoyed at stripping the gun down to clean it, so be sure to use gun cleaner.
