Shipper should ship items in a hard cardboard box, not on a regular cushioned envelope as it damage and deformed the tip that create leaks.

Just few recommendations from the shipper: need to ship this kind of items in a cardboard box not on a regular cushioned envelope as it will damage and deformed the tips that will create a leak when it will squeeze in a caulking gun.
