Really love this dvd. Liked the teacher found her informative and inspiring, Exercises very good and strengthening , a move on from my previous general exercise Dvd's , so just what I needed. Fairly hard for a ballet novice , but I felt that I was learning something new , its easy to rest out a second if its gets too hard , or do an easier move, Love the backdrop too , Highly recommend a*****

a good workout especially the abs. but no good if you have dodgy knees,the plie work is for ever, and makes them swell and hurt!
A very solid ballet type workout. It's not a dance class but still fun and very challenging to finish. Elise is wonderful and the outdoor scenery is pleasent as well. It will definitely keep you firm and toned! Thanks Elise!
